Step 1: Complete Required Certifications


If you have not completed your AHIP Certification, please do so using the link below. Save a digital copy of your certificate for submission in Step 2:



Step 2: Submit Onboarding Documents

Once you have completed the above forms, we kindly ask that you upload the following documents as part of your onboarding process:


  • A copy of your driver’s license

  • Copies of any state insurance licenses you currently hold

  • Copy of your AHIP Certification

Once Steps 1 and 2 are completed and your documents are verified, we will begin submitting your carrier appointment requests.
