Our robust product line allows us to meet our clients' needs in multiple ways.

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Minimum of one year sales experience

    • Tablet or laptop
    • Life & health insurance license, or willingness to obtain license

    Seeking Recruiters to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for the following activities:


    • Developing a network of suitable candidates
    • Keeping a record of all HR strategies and actions
    • Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels
    • Hosting and participating in relevant recruitment events and job fairs
    • Managing and interviewing applicants
    • Using social media and other relevant methods to improve our recruiting strategies and build a strong employer brand
    • Managing onboarding of new advisors

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum of one year recruiting experience
    • Strong work ethic
    • Ability to work independently, self-motivated
    • Tablet or laptop
    • Life & health insurance license, or willingness to obtain license (required to earn commissions from advisor sales)
